Your name, email address, Instagram username, phone number, confirmation that you are 20 or older, and your agreement to this notice. If invited, we also record SMS delivery, access, RSVP and check-in status. We do not collect your full date of birth.
To review individual access requests, send personal invitations and event updates by SMS, manage attendance, and protect private access. A request does not guarantee an invitation. Your details are not used for unrelated marketing.
You can stop SMS updates through the unsubscribe link included in each message. Stopping messages does not cancel a confirmed RSVP. SMS processing stops when you opt out.
Authorised THE LIST organisers, door staff (attendance and door notes only), and the service providers used to host the site, store guest details and deliver SMS. Event details are only available after personal access is verified.
Guest names, contact details and attendance history are kept across editions until removed by an organiser. Records do not expire automatically. We also keep private curation and door notes where needed to manage access. You can request correction or deletion using the contact below. Temporary access-attempt records are kept for up to 24 hours.
Submitting an access request is not consent to the publication of your image. Any photography or publication permissions are handled separately.
